Get going

There are 7 billion people on the planet, don’t let one person ruin your day. In fact don’t let anyone ever do that to you. There are times where toxic things become part of your life and sometimes it can be unavoidable. Below are some tips on how to keep going, they have helped me previously:


1. Do what makes you happy

Do more of what makes you happy. Whether it is sitting at the park with a book, listening to your favourite songs or painting, do it.

2. Exercise

Now I don’t mean to sound like a personal instructor but I can’t recommend exercising enough. It releases positive endorphins and always helps me when I’m stressed or having a bad day.

3. Watch your circle

This may come across as being negative but your mind is such a powerful thing. You don’t have to go around ditching people but spend more time with people who make you happy not those who are negative and toxic.

4. Never give up

There will be many storms in our lives and it is what makes us stronger. Embrace the change and remember that it better days are yet to come.

5. Be the best version of you

You are in competition with yourself and no one else. Become so busy with bettering yourself that you don’t have time to hate anyone else.
