Health Kick

Recently I decided I wanted to be healthy again, my diet has become quite poor and I knew I had to something about it.

If you’re in an office job it’s easy to eat junk food, as soon as someone opens a crisp packet or offers chocolate that’s it I’m in. I’m fairly active at the gym as I go 6 times a week, but it’s always my diet that lets me down. So for the past two weeks I have been on a ‘health kick’, which means eating healthy with one cheat day.

I’ve also become used to my weekly routine at the gym so have decided to take on more weight training. Eeeeek I’ll let you know how it goes! I’d love to know if you’re doing the same and if you have any tips?

  1. When I want to lose weight or aim to have a feeling of health I tend to eat more plant based. For Example breakfast most of the time for me is:
mashing a banana in a bowl then adding a couple of handfuls of quick oats, LSA, blueberries and almond milk. You can sprinkle some cinnamon on there too! Oh and smoothies, enjoy the smoothies…make your own.
