If you are like me and most people in our generation then you will spend time online and social media. I think it’s great, it’s great that I can write a post with my pictures and share it with the world, no matter where you are from.

But sometimes it gets to the point where you’re following online perfection. A persona somewhat may say has been turned into make believe. It’s easy to get caught up how you should look and what you should be doing compared to the rest of the world. What’s real is very rarely seen or shown. We can judge a picture and think someone has the perfect life and the happiest in the world. Little do we know that they could be going through a tough time.

I have decided that I need to limit my time on social media, although I love it and part of my career, I subconsciously end up in a comparison battle.
