Changes, it’s a funny term to use sometimes. Especially when you least expect it. If you say this to someone it can either mean good or bad, right? Depending on the context, change can be the best thing that has happened.

No mater how small or big, a little adjustment in our lifestyle can be all that we need. Even a little push in the right direction may lead to the biggest opportunity in life. 

Next week I’ll be at a new gym, that’s a minor change but as I spend so much time there it’s quite a big deal for me. I’ve been trying to eat as healthy as possible, but let’s just say it’s been cheat day more than one day.

I always think it’s important to learn as much as you can. Just because you’re no longer in education – it shouldn’t stop you. 

My ongoing bucket list keeps getting longer, and someone actually said this may be why you are unhappy sometimes. I can make lists all day and then try to attack them. Maybe the pressure of having to achieve something is what makes it painful sometimes, but for me it is motivation. 

There is also the change within yourself, who you want to be and what you’re going to do about it. I’ll leave you with a quote: 

“In order to change, we must be willing to give up the good for the great.”
