This blog post inspired by my friend Edders and even if it helps one person i’ll be happy. We are a generation who are harsh on ourselves, whether it’s the media telling us we are not beautiful or society, it can make people feel like crap.

Self-love is so important and it lets you spend valuable time on yourself. So what can you do? 

1. Watch your favourite movie

2. Invest in a nice bubble bath/shower gel

3. Buy some treats, like cupcakes 

4. Spoil yourself with a gift, doesn’t have to be expensive

5. Read a book, even if you’ve read it before
