One of the things I was looking forward to the most in Auckland was the Les Mills gym. They have three and I was fortunate enough to get myself a day pass. Once I had the pass I made my way to the gym, it took two and a half hours from where I was staying.
Finally I got there and did a workout. I struggled within the first 5 minutes as I haven’t worked out in a while.
My fitness has gone down hill but I needed a bit of a stress reliever, the gym is usually where I turn to. I’m glad I got to visit and looking forward to more Les Mills classes.
