So I have been in the UK for two weeks now. Adjusting to the freezing temperatures and time difference has taken a toll on me.
I’ve had lovely catch ups with my loved ones and trying to focus on what’s important. I’m back at the gym again and trying to eat clean (those pictures are from cheat day, I promise). It’s been tough trying to get back into a fitness routine because with 5 months of travelling I have become unfit. This training will hopefully help me with my next adventure. Eeeeeeek what are your plans for 2017?
