Better Days

So as I have been building some structure back in my life I have to say I’m slowly getting there. I’ve been trying to eat healthy and gymming it every week.


So what happens after eating right six times a week? Cheat day!


It’s been lovely catching up with my friends and family as I have missed them so much. I also want to try an experiment with baking and Mocktails.


With that said I’m interested in hiking around Yorkshire so if you have any suggestions please do send them my way.
