So, last week wasn’t the best. I found myself not training as hard at the gym and eating whatever I wanted. When I returned from travelling I was so desperate to start eating healthy again and get fit. But I found myself slipping, my motivation was going and I wasn’t at my best.
I’ve had some great support from friends and encouraging words. Never give up on kind words because they automatically beat the toxic ones. So I have been taking advantage of cheat meals. Hey it’s ok to indulge a little!
